The mesh width is 200mm-3500mm. Usually, this wheel is used for positioning and transmission. Widely used in electronic professional circuit board curing, solid solution, drying, cover industry dripping glue drying, food industry chocolate, biscuits, fish baking, quick freezing, drilling, etc. The edge of B- type mesh belt can be driven by chain.
1. If the mesh belt deviates, adjust the tension shaft at one end of the driven shaft and adjust it step by step. Note that too fast adjustment will cause scratches on the edge of the mesh belt.
2. The mesh belt shakes, check whether the pallets and rollers in the conveying channel are rusty and refuse to rotate, and adjust them one by one.
3. If the chain drive mesh belt jumps and runs unstable, check whether the sprockets at both ends of the driving shaft are synchronized and whether the tooth ends are excessively worn.
